We don't...I'm in agreement with Heatherkay. We don't have a choice really. No yard to speak of so we're going out no matter the weather! As a new dog owner (nearly 4 months in now) I can say that it is hard and takes dedication but it's so rewarding! Having a cat WOULD be a lot easier but easier isn't necessarily better. I love cats too, but I've already got Barry and he's a handful as it is. <br /><br />Our dogs are totally worth the extra effort in whatever weather.
