Pooches: Ms. M's Monster Paws

The perils of poor Mr. B. Mr. B is such a sweet and kind hearted dog, too bad he has to live with the evil step-sister and princess, Ms. M. Quite often while Mr. B is enjoying a bone or chew toy, Ms. M will come up, stare at it for awhile, even sticking her face in his face, and then she will use her monster paws to grab the bone or chew toy from under Mr. B to chew it right next to him. As this is going on, Mr. B will sadly look up at me and eventually he will lay down defeated with his head to the side while Ms. M happily chews away couple inches away. Quite often, the bone or chew toy is something that Ms. M was chewing originally, but got bored and left to find something more interesting. I guess it gets more interesting the moment Mr. B decides to chew on it.

Poor Mr B! I absolutely love Mrs M's outraged face about 20 seconds in. "Look! How can he be enjoying my bone???"

Oh Mr B! I can relates. That happens to me ALL the time with Brudder Ranger. We haves two bones that are exactly and totally alike and he always, always wants the one I'm chewing on. But I just lets him take it cuz he's the Most Awesomest Brudder ever!

Charlie does this all the time! But it's not because she was playing with it first, it's because she's a brat. So I take the bone away from her and give it back to whomever she took it from. So there, Charlie!

Looks like Ms. M has "only child syndrome:"

I was here first, so all of these toys are mind. Oh, and that bed. And this crate. And you shall be my pillow.

What a gentleman Mr. B is to tolerate such behavior!

BOL! Blues takes Josie's things ALL THE TIME even if they have identical toys, chewies, etc. He has to have what she has. Must be common. It's gotten to the point now where she gives hers to him and takes his now. Poor Mr. B.

Much Love,
Woofs and Hugz,
Josie and Blues

Poor Mr. B!
I think it's an American Bulldog thing.
Grieghson is just like Ms. M - she's an American Bulldog right?
And Haleigh is just like Mr. B - all pittie.

Greighson does the same thing to Haleigh all the time!

And the funny thing is everyone thinks Greighson is the sweet, little angel dog and Haleigh is the "mean" one because she's the one that's unmistakably pit.

But looks can be sooooo deceiving!

Aww that's so sad!! And after Miss M takes it away, he just looks at you with those big eyes like "how can you let her do this?" Mr. B is such a good dog to be so nice. My Noelle acts like Miss M and tries to take the toys away from the other dogs here, but none of them are ever as nice as Mr. B.

Mr. B is so patient, he's such a good boy. Melanie will steal the other dogs' toys and treats too, although she doesn't have monster paws the way Ms. M does :)

Oh yes, dogs always find their own toys to be more interesting once another dog has had it for a while. My mom's dog totally ignores her toys until I bring my dog to visit.

Poor Mr. B! I am sorry he can't have any peace and quiet while he noshes on his favorite bone! He sure is a patient, forgiving guy to not fight Ms. M to get his bone back. To me, it seems like brother/sister rivalry!
My cats, Henry & Buster have the same issues when it comes to our laps rather than toys. Buster is a 20 lb cat who will stare at Henry if Henry's on my fiance's lap until Henry gives gets tired of the staring contest and he'll leave just to get away from his brother.
Thanks for becoming my newest follower & thanks for the comment about my "Fear of Flying" post! I see that you can relate to my fear of seagulls (if they get too close). Not very nice of your sister for throwing popcorn near your feet though!
By the way, I posted a Floppy-Eared Caption Contest yesterday so please come on by for details!

That's some pretty good foot action. Those girls can sure get pushy, can't they?

Well at least she is ladylike about it. When the RH wants to take something from me he rams me like a bull and sends me flying.
