It is officially the start of our summer. The weather this past Memorial Day was just amazing. We spent the morning setting up our patio and the afternoon hanging out with the pooches. While on our walk, the pooches had an impromptu photo session in front of A's favorite permission wall and the pooches took a water break.
Midway through out walk, we stopped by Wicker Park, where Mr. B tried his best to get into a group's conversation.
It was unsuccessful, so he tried to join into our A (Ms. M), B (me) conversation.
While laying out in the park, we met A's friend's dog, Winnie Cooper.

Chicago is truly one of my favorite cities. We're trying to check out as many US cities as possible. We did Boston last year. Those pics of Wicker Park made me miss the clean streets of Chi-Town! Mr. B trying to get into the conversation is hysterical! And of course, Miss M cant sit down ;)
Winnie Cooper is a great name.
that park is so busy! i love seeing people out and about. the one thing about living in our beautiful little town just outside dc is that everybody has decks and yards, so people don't hang out in public nearly as much...
What a fun day!! I love their new collars...so cute!
Looks like fun ... but HOT! Heard they are closing the beaches up there because of how hot it is?
Winnie Cooper is adorable!
I heard it was really hot there too! The park looks like fun and Winnie is too cute!
Wow, it looks like you had such a beautiful weekend. Chicago is certainly climbing higher on my list of cities I need to visit.
Cheers to summer starting, and to heat-induced pittie smiles :). Looks like you guys had a great walk, and as always I love your pictures!
I just loved Wonder Years :)

Summer? Is that what this is? Heehee. Mom thinks it has stopped snowing for a day or two (although she's muttering something about the forecast calling for a 'chance of snow' Thursday night.... really...). Anyway, y'all just enjoy your summer, and we'll keep muddling along in whatever alternate universe we have fallen into. :-)

What a pretty day to be out and about! I love the name Winnie Cooper!
It's a good thing they saved a patch of grass for you! Looks like the whole neighborhood came out!!

Ah yes - summer's finally come to a cold city...
In Portland, ME this is the time of year that everyone really starts sporting the shorts and tanks (although when the thermometer hit about a steady 45 degrees, everyone started with the shorts. Really). You see all the white legs and all the parks are packed. Bliss!
Wow - you got lots of collars going on there :)
Slobbers Master T.
Another Winnie Cooper!? We recently met a pug named Winnie Cooper too...We're thinking about starting a page on the blog for dogs (and possibly cats too) named Winnie Cooper!
